There are a ton of research methods in today's world and many of
the research methods ppt are a great help in the format they present.
The research technologies have come a long way in the information
available. However the process to get to the answers is the same.
There is the scientific methods of research where a hypothesis is
developed and the data collected, then analyzed and the hypothesis
adjusted based on the analysis of the data. This process is repeated
until the solution is found.
When discussing a historical method of research you talk of
identification of the start date of your topic, then evidence of its
location and recognition of the originator of the history, followed by
analysis of the data.
Other methods of research are Exploratory research, which
identifies the problems to be researched, Constructive research, which
finds solutions to problems, Empirical research which tests solutions
to see if the do indeed solve the problems.
Research can also be divided into two further parts, the primary
research and the secondary research.
Research is something that has evolved in the manner in which it is
done because of the available technology. However, this having been
said the basics of how research is undertaken has remained the same
only using the vast technology to make these processes take half the
time.
In the research of a question you will always start with the
defining the question, hypothesizing of an answer, gathering of data,
testing the answer and redefining your hypothesis until the true
answer is reached. This repetitive process applies across the
board.
In the end the research can be put into a nice neat little package
in the form of a presentation using programs such as Power Point and
others. These make the research much more relatable to the audience
you are trying to reach. It allows you to take vast amounts of data
and put it into a comprehensible portfolio of presentations enabling
you to get your end point across in a more attractive manner.
Remember to do your research from beginning to end, do not give up
on the result until you have exhausted the hypothesis options and use
your data fully in developing your theory.
